What is the rental minimum?

All rentals require a minimum 4-hour booking. Most events run 5–8 hours including setup.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors.

Can I hang decor on the walls?

Tape and adhesives of any kind are not permitted on the walls. We're happy to recommend creative, non-damaging decor setups that look stunning.

Where can guests eat?

All food and beverages must remain inside the venue. The parking lot and exterior areas are not approved for food or drink service.

Is cleanup included?

Professional cleanup is required after every event and is charged to the client. This keeps the next event's setup flawless.

Yes — the venue is handicap accessible, including ADA parking and entry.

Is there a kitchen on-site?

There is no on-site kitchen. We work with our in-house caterer or your preferred vendor for prep and service logistics.
